Unicspace is a leading provider of end-to-end home interior solutions, offering expert design and exceptional service. We have partnered with Happy Life Home Interiors LLP for manufacturing and supply of products, ensuring seamless delivery of our comprehensive interior solutions.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Unicspace's home interior solutions and services. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use Unicspace services.

1. Scope of Work

2. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Obligations
    You agree to pay applicable fees and charges for Unicspace's services, as communicated from time to time.
  2. Non-Refundable Policy
    All payments made under these Terms, including Project Value and other charges, are non-refundable due to Unicspace's provision of professional services and advanced technology.
  3. Change Order Policy
    Any modifications to the Scope of Work will result in changes to the Project Value and may affect the Handover Date.
  4. Authorized Payment Method
    Payments must be made exclusively through Unicspace account details.
  5. Tax Liability
    You will be responsible for paying applicable taxes, duties, or levies, including GST, on goods and services supplied under these Terms.

3. Project Delivery and Timelines

  1. Project Phases and Timelines
    The Project will be divided into phases with specified timelines. The final approved Scope of Work, delivery dates, and payment schedules will be provided by the designer and/or Project Manager.
  2. Delays and Extensions
    You understand that delays in approvals, site access, or payments may extend project timelines and Handover dates.
  3. Payment and Shipping
    Unicspace will intimate you when products are ready for shipping. You must make balance payments before 2 days of dispatch.
  4. Handover Definition
    "Handover" means the completion of the Scope of Work, with minor snags allowed, provided they do not affect the functionality or practical use of the property.

4. Warranty Terms

  1. Warranty Coverage
    Unicspace products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, covered under the Unicspace Warranty as per the Warranty document provided by the Project Manager.
  2. Warranty Commencement
    The Warranty is effective only upon receipt of the total Project Value and a duly signed handover document. Withholding any part of the Project Value voids the Warranty.
  3. Warranty Claims
    To register a warranty claim, email support@unicspace.com with product/service details, defects observed, and relevant photographs.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    Unicspace notifies you of potential issues that may arise in home interiors and disclaims liability for such issues.
  5. Warranty Disclaimer
    Except as set forth in these Terms, Unicspace services and works are provided "as is" and "as available". Unicspace disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
