Referral Program

Unicspace's Referral Program allows you to earn rewards by recommending us to friends and family. It's a win-win: you help someone discover quality interior solutions, and we reward you for it.

1. Eligibility for Referral Program

• Existing Customers: You must be a current or past customer of Unicspace with at least one completed project.
• Referral Validity: Referred clients should be first-time customers of Unicspace, with no prior interactions with us.
• Referral Acknowledgment: The referral must mention your name when booking their project to ensure you are credited for the reward.

2. Referral Rewards Plan

• Reward Percentage: Earn up to 3% of the referred project value.
• Payment Milestones:
• 50% of the reward is paid once the referred customer's booking is confirmed.
• The remaining 50% is paid upon the completion of the referred customer's sales order (i.e., after full payment and project handover).

3. How to Refer a Friend

• Step 1: Share the contact information of the person you wish to refer to Unicspace. Make sure they are aware that you are referring them.
• Step 2: Ensure that your referral mentions your name at the time of booking their project.
• Step 3: Once your referral completes the project, you'll receive your referral reward based on the terms above.

4. Payout Schedule

Referral payments will be processed as follows:

• Payout Date: Referral rewards will be deposited into your account on the 1st of the month following the referred customer's installment payment.
• Example: If your referral makes an installment payment on January 15th, you will receive your reward on February 1st.

5. Terms & Conditions of the Referral Program

• Rewards are capped at a maximum of ₹25,000 per referred project.
• The referral program may change without prior notice, including changes to reward percentages and eligibility criteria.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable.
• Only one referral reward per project will be given.
• Unicspace reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the referral.
