Yes, Unicspace offers a full-home warranty designed to protect your investment. This warranty applies to all of our interior solutions, including modular systems, on-site services, and hardware. Our goal is to provide you with a stress-free, worry-free living experience.

2. What is Covered in the Warranty?

Modular Systems (10-Year Warranty):

• Kitchens: All modular kitchen units, cabinets, drawers, and storage solutions.
• Wardrobes: Both sliding and hinged modular wardrobes.
• TV Units and Media Walls: Modular TV units, entertainment units, and integrated storage solutions.
• Storage Solutions: Modular storage systems for living rooms, bedrooms, and other spaces.

On-Site Works (2-Year Warranty):

This warranty covers all custom carpentry, wall paneling, false ceilings, and painting done by our team on-site. Any defects related to these services will be addressed within two years from the completion of the installation.

Hardware and Accessories (As per Brand Warranty):

We use only top-tier hardware and accessories, and each product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This includes hinges, handles, locks, drawer runners, and other hardware components.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

• Third-Party Products: The warranty does not extend to products not supplied or installed by Unicspace, including countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical items, and appliances.
• Usage-Related Wear and Tear: This includes normal degradation caused by frequent use, like minor scratches, dents, or fading of finishes over time.
• Environmental Damage: This includes issues resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, high humidity, direct water exposure, or chemical damage (such as harsh cleaning products).
• Misuse or Rough Handling: Any damage caused by rough handling, modification, or alterations by the customer or third parties.
• Accidental Damage: his includes damage caused by accidents, like broken doors, drawers, or panels resulting from misuse.
• Labour and Transportation Costs: Labour costs for repairs outside the warranty and transportation of parts are not covered.

4. Warranty Claim Limitations

• Claims must be reported within 10 days from discovery.
• Defects or damage outside warranty coverage will not be accepted.
• Claims related to improper maintenance, customer-induced damage, or Damages caused by external factors like natural disasters, fire, or vandalism.

5. How to Report Defects or Make a Claim

1. Notify Us: Report any defect, damage, or issue within 10 days of discovering it.
2. Provide Documentation: Include your proof of purchase, project invoice, and photographs/videos of the defect.
3. Inspection and Resolution: Unicspace will arrange for an inspection of the reported defect and provide a solution. If necessary, repairs or replacements will be made within the warranty terms.

6. Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Non-Negotiable Terms: The warranty terms cannot be modified by any Unicspace employee, representative, or contractor.
• Duration and Transferability: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Comprehensive Coverage: If a product fails within the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no additional cost (as per warranty terms).

7. Additional Services Beyond Warranty

• Repair Services: Minor damages not covered under the warranty can be repaired for a fee.
• Maintenance Packages: Customers can opt for a regular maintenance service package, which includes cleaning, minor repairs, and upkeep of modular systems.
• Custom Modifications: If you wish to make changes to your existing setup, Unicspace offers custom design and installation services, which are separately charged.
